This month marks the 25^th anniversary for Dolphin Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy Practice.

It is indeed difficult to believe, that so much time has elapsed since I set up the practice in 1994.

From humble beginnings, setting up part-time from my (then) home in Canford Heath with a focus on hypnosis, CBT, and counselling. To opening my full-time clinic at the Canford Heath Group Practice Doctors Surgery in 2001 and subsequently the current Bournemouth Clinic in 2010.

Along the way I have had the opportunity to develop expertise in Anger Management, Addictions, Trauma (PTSD) and Narcissistic abuse to name but a few.

Now 25 years later we are considered one of the most successful psychotherapy practices in the south of England.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the 3000+ patients, that over the years have made all this possible.

It has been an honour to work with, teach and share the journey with you all, “to teach is to learn twice”.

Part of the joy I have experienced in these last 25 years has been the ability to also learn from each and every one of you! Whilst there are many similarities in certain conditions, each case has its own unique elements and provides its opportunity to learn and explore.

Most of all it has been my privilege to witness the growth, courage, and progress so many of you have made in our work together. Knowing I have had some part in that progress not only fills me with a sense of fulfilment but also reminds me constantly of the strength and resourcefulness of the human spirit.

Thank you all for affording me the opportunity to help you and I look forward to serving you for the next 25 years.
