Whilst obviously, treatment can be costly, this is something you want to be done right rather than cheap. It is important to consider what the cost to you is, of not getting help and continuing to suffer?

Consultation charges

Suggestion Therapy - £70 inclusive per session

This is used to produce a change in behaviour pattern or self-image in cases such as nail-biting, weight loss, pre-test nerves and low self-esteem to name a few. Suggestion therapy usually requires between three and eight weekly sessions for maximum effectiveness.

Stress Control - £70 inclusive per session

A combination of suggestion therapy, positive visualisation, relaxation and practical techniques.

This usually comprises four to eight weekly sessions followed by relaxation sessions every three months thereafter.

Analytical Therapy - £70 inclusive per session

Discover and treat the original cause of psychological problems using hypnoanalysis in cases such as phobias, depression, anxiety and a host of others involving unwanted feelings and reactions.

Usually, ten to twelve weekly sessions are required.

Smoking Cessation - £295 inclusive

Statistically proven to be the most successful method to give up smoking, it takes only one session of approximately 1 hour, and the success rate is normally 95%.

The cost is the same as a 20-a-day smoker spends in one month, and this rate is not set by accident!

Hypno-Band Gastric Band Hypnosis Program - £295 inclusive (four consultations plus all reinforcement CDs, charts and handouts)

Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - £70 inclusive per session

Stress Management Courses - £895 inclusive

This caters for up to 20 people per course, on-site and has a special corporate day rate of £895.

Opening hours

The main clinic is open between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

There is also an out of hours clinic on Monday and Tuesday evenings between 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm, however, demand for this service is very high and a £15 surcharge will be incurred.
